Your Document - Your Passport

We can do the work required to establish your business - all you really need to do is place your service order with us. Then, to start the creation of your business, the only thing we will need from you is a color scan of your ID card and passport.

Depending on the type of business entity (LLC or Corporation) and the type of founding package, at the posted prices, you order from us, your newly-formed company will soon be ready to do business.

Documents for a Corporation

With any of the three Founding Packages which ALTON offers, you will receive:

• Articles of Incorporation and Certificate of Incorporation - the incorporating statutes of your company
• a Certificate of Registration - proof of entry of your company's listing in the U.S. Commercial Register

Documents for a Limited Liability Company

In forming a LLC you receive from us (and, in part, depending on which of our founding packages you choose:

• Articles of Organization, the statues of establishment of a LLC, the Operating Agreement
• the Shareholders Agreement

Apostille for Official Documents

When booking the "Standard Package" or the "Professional  Package" for our founding services you will also receive an Apostille.  For European countries such as Germany, this certification confirms the authenticity of your formation documents.  For more information about an Apostille, see our web page Activity Abroad.  add link
