About Us

Every function in a business requires specialists that understand their particular job especially well. However no member of the team can focus only on their own area of expertise, but rather must be able to integrate their work into the larger goal of satisfying each client's unique needs. ALTON  has just such a core team who work in unison, and are flexible and in responding to our clients and - whether as a new Limited Liability Company (LLC) or a new Corporation - supporting them in every aspect to insure their successful start. 

The following members belong to our core team: 

Max Karagoz (General Manager, Notary Public)

Max Karagoz has been a resident of Miami for many years and is an expert in all facets of setting up companies in the U.S. Mr. Karagoz is appointed as a Notary Public in Florida. In Florida he has built a strong network of business contacts which also benefits ALTON ’s clients. In addition, he is a licensed real estate agent and, with the  firm of Engel & Völkers, this is an added value to our clients who need assistance in their property search.

Victoria Tubbs (Administration)

Victoria Tubbs is our Administrative Assistant and is often our clients first contact.  They also appreciate her high level of competence in office management. In addition in the areas of marketing, finance and administration, she brings to ALTON and its clients her wealth of skills and extensive experience as assistant to the CEOs of several major U.S. and European companies.   

Silja Jormanainen (Notary Public)

Silja Jormanainen brings to ALTON and its clients the experience and organizational skills she gained working with major European companies.  As a trained and commissioned Notary Public (State of Florida) she is also responsible for all of our notarial needs.  In  addition, Silja Jormanainen is fluent in the German, English, Spanish and Finnish languages. 

Ansgar Sadeghi (Marketing/PR)

Ansgar Sadeghi has been working for several years as an online editor and copy writer in Germany and his writing has included for companies such as Audi. His function in ALTON is as a marketing and public relations officer.
